Over the past 2 years Rob has been working with TimberWest on the replacement of its legacy log inventory and control system. This has been an extensive process including company wide requirements gathering, a thorough market survey and RFI process during the evaluation & selection phase, and 14 month implementation project. Rob played a leadership role throughout the evaluation & selection phase, and his deep experience in this area ensured that a comprehensive requirements document and RFI was produced. After the vendor was selected, Rob was contracted as the Project Manager and has worked effectively within the TimberWest stakeholder group, with the vendor, and with the project steering committee. Rob’s experience and adherence to proven project management principles have ensured that the project is well positioned for a successful deployment. Under Rob’s continued leadership, TimberWest looks forward to the smooth stabilization of our most vital information system
